This is an outline of what happens during a normal commission process to help simply tickets. This will be a step-by-step process. Each step will be labelled with numbers, and you should refer to the number when requesting support for an ongoing commission if needed.

π Graphic Design Graphic design & related, such as logos and threads
π Illustration Hand-drawn graphics, such as logos and icons
π» Plugin Development Java plugins, such as a gamemode or utility plugin
π» Bot Development Discord bots, such as the bot here or an utility bot
π» Skript Development Skript plugin scripts, such as shops or auctions
ποΈ Motion Design Animated graphic design, such as moving logos
ποΈ Video Editing Editing of footage, such as trailers or cinematics
π· Rendering Rendering of Minecraft builds to enhance quality
π₯οΈ System Administration Managing, optimising & fixing systems, including server.
βοΈ Writing General writing, such as story or lore writing
Please note that by creating a ticket, you agree to the Terms of Service and the Discord Rules and understand if rules are breached, service may be denied and ongoing commissions will not be refunded.
Client levels and the regulra client role will apply after you finish a review.
Creating a large number of tickets will result in a ban.
Head over to the πnew-commission channel. You will have the choice of a Core or Lite commission, in both cases your ticket will be handled by the same people.
We recommend Lite for smaller services, and Core for larger projects. Consult the graphic below to see some major differences
By choosing either Dexity or Lite, your ticket will be created.
Inside the ticket, you are given a list of all available departments. Depending on which service you require, select the ID that best applies to what you want.
