Clarification

Please note that by creating a ticket, you agree to the Terms of Service and the Discord Rules and understand if rules are breached, service may be denied and ongoing commissions will not be refunded.

Client levels and the regulra client role will apply after you finish a review.

Creating a large number of tickets will result in a ban.

Step 1: Ticket Creation

Head over to the πŸ’Žnew-commission channel. You will have the choice of a Core or Lite commission, in both cases your ticket will be handled by the same people.

We recommend Lite for smaller services, and Core for larger projects. Consult the graphic below to see some major differences

Step 2: Information Gathering

Inside the ticket, you are given a list of all available departments. Depending on which service you require, select the ID that best applies to what you want.
